• Tes ressentis et émotions à l’approche de la naissance de ton bébé.

• Des astuces et conseils pour prendre soin de toi dans ce moment unique.

Un espace pour te poser, t’exprimer et t’inspirer.

C’est un moment rien que pour toi. Une rencontre douce et réconfortante, où chaque échange est précieux.

La rencontre se déroulera en français (anglais sur demande).

In 1.5 hours of genuine sharing, we’ll dive into:

• Exploring “matrescence”: the unique journey of becoming a mother, with all its transformations and emotions.

• Your feelings and experiences as you prepare to welcome your baby.

• Tips and advice on how to take care of yourself during this special time.

A space to connect, express, and be inspired.

This is a moment just for you—a gentle, comforting gathering where every conversation is meaningful.

The meet-up will be held in French by default (English upon request).
